Spoke to a lady about change of car and she answered quickly and professionally. Convinced me it was a good deal even though I had to pay a fee of Â£55 but I could spread that over the remaining 6 months direct debit. Spent more of her time asking questions about insurance scenarios on another car of which she was more than happy to answer. Found the whole experience pleasant. Well done!
